And here we go… episode 001… we can do better they said… okay maybe not better but it will be fun they said… so, let’s get this show on the road they said!
In this debut episode we discuss getting this podcast finally off the ground, talk a bit about ourselves, and some random stories. All while we try to shake off the “we are recording this” jitters. So, bear with us on this journey.
We also get into being burned for 50 cents by street beggars and a flying burrito story. In between, we shuffle around some random topics for bit. Somehow, we segue into being selected as a quinceanera chambelan and the classic discussion about splitting the bill.
We end with classic drunkard stories, including Oktoberfest beer steins. Below are the mentioned photos.
Thanks for listening and stay tuned…

LMAO! Estaban that Guadalajara story is hilarious! I’m pretty sure the guy you and Noelia drove home is my sister’s ex-husband and I”m pretty sure his car was stick shift, so I don’t think she was driving zig-zag on purpose. Apparently he never made it inside his house and woke up passed out on the front lawn. And yes, that bill was split into various CC’s. Good stuff. I owe you an Horchata.
Replying to the Guadalajara grill story: i have good memory so here are the details; the drunk guy that was driven home was a friend of a Jorge; and Esteban forgot to mention that Glafiz and man-hands Monica were there too…pinches inutilas. Jorge chased us down the parking lot ’cause he was mad that his drunk friend caused a fight with him and la prima. I had to drive the car, it wasn’t stick i was just nervous ’cause Esteban kept saying “ay viene Noelia, step on it!” (Referring to Jorge) so yeah, the bill was high and i wanted to leave. It was a “wanna get away” moment. Good times
